试剂器材
　　1.　试剂
　　（1）　包被缓冲液（PH9.6 0.05M碳酸盐缓冲液）:
　　　　NaCO31.59克　NaHCO3　 2.93克　　加蒸馏水至1000ml　　
    （2）　洗涤缓冲液（PH7.4 PBS）：0.15M　KH2PO4 0.2克　Na2HPO4?12H2O　2.9克　NaCl  8.0克KCl 0.2克 Tween-20 0.05％ 0.5ml 加蒸馏水至1000ml
　　（3）　稀释液:牛血清白蛋白（BSA） 0.1克　加洗涤缓冲液至100ml　或以羊血清、兔血清等 血清与洗涤液配成5～10％使用。
　　（4）　终止液（2M H2SO4）：蒸馏水178.3ml，逐滴加入浓硫酸（98％）21.7ml。
　　（5）　底物缓冲液（PH5.0磷酸棗柠檬酸）:0.2M Na2HPO4（28.4克／L） 25.7ml　0.1M 柠檬酸（19.2克／L） 24.3ml　加蒸馏水50ml。
　　（6）　TMB（四甲基联苯胺）使用液:TMB（10mg／5ml无水乙醇） 0.5ml底物缓冲液（PH5.5） 10ml0.75％H2O2　32μl
　　（7）　ABTS使用液:ABTS　0.5mg　底物缓冲液（PH5.5） 1ml　3％H2O2　2μl
　　（8）　抗原、抗体和酶标记抗体。
　　（9）　正常人血清和阳性对照血清。
　　2.　器材:
　　（1）　聚苯乙烯塑料板（简称酶标板）40孔或96孔，ELISA检测仪，50μl及100μl加样器，塑料滴头，小毛巾，洗涤瓶。
　　（2）　小烧杯、玻璃棒、试管、吸管和量筒等。
　　（3）　4℃冰箱，37℃孵育箱。
